Support Legal, the leading alternative legal service provider in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our growing team. Due to increased client demand, we are looking for a partner-level lawyer currently working at a top international law firm in the UAE who is interested in supplementing their existing practice with client referrals, receiving a higher share of revenue from their book of business, and working with greater flexibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on corporate structuring, with a focus on DIFC, ADGM, and on-shore UAE regimes.
Leading M&A transactions.
Advising on, preparing and negotiating corporate documentation, such as: shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, and joint venture agreements.
Assist clients with equity financing and convertible loan arrangements.
Conduct comprehensive corporate due diligence.
Qualifications and Experience:
Partner / Senior Counsel level experience gained at a Magic Circle or other leading international law firm.
Common law qualification.
Strong depth of experience in corporate structuring, M&A, shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, joint ventures, equity financing, convertible loan notes, corporate due diligence, and private equity.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and managing high-value transactions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English language a must. Arabic good to have).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
