Tom has been practising as a corporate lawyer in Dubai for over 15 years, advising clients on international M&A and joint ventures across a variety of sectors and geographies. He recently spent five years in-house with a regionally headquartered, family-owned group with diverse investments across Europe, the US, the UK and the Middle East.
