RECRUITMENT
We recruit qualified lawyers year‑round across all practice areas.
Our recruitment process is straightforward and personal. It typically involves one or two conversations: one with our Managing Partner and another with members of our team who can share their experience at Support Legal. We don’t use psychometric tests or lengthy forms, and we avoid rigid procedures.
Our interviews are informal and conversational, giving you the opportunity to discuss your experience, current practice, and future ambitions, as well as ask any questions about working with us.
For partner‑level roles, the final step is a business plan. This is not a test but a collaborative tool to ensure you have the clarity, support, and resources needed to succeed from day one.
