Our recruitment process is designed to be straightforward and personal. Typically, it involves one or two conversations - one with our Managing Partner and another with lawyers from our team who can share their experience at Support Legal. We don’t rely on psychometric tests, nor do we burden candidates with lengthy forms or rigid, formulaic procedures.
Our interviews are informal and conversational, designed to help you feel at ease and perform at your best. They provide a space to share your experience, discuss your current practice and future aspirations, and ask any questions you may have about life at Support Legal.
The final step in our recruitment process for partner level roles is the completion of a business plan. This isn’t a test - it’s a collaborative tool to ensure you have the support, resources, and clarity needed to succeed from day one. It helps us align with your goals and set the foundation for a rewarding journey with Support Legal.
