Leveraging more than four years of valuable in-house experience in both the UK and UAE, Nathan has a deep understanding of the importance of resolving disputes in alignment with each client's unique business objectives.   • Mr Abdulhameed Dhia Jafar in relation to a Cayman Grand Court claim for deceit and unjust enrichment against certain entities within the Abraaj group.

  • A leading Abu Dhabi retail agent in defending ICC arbitral proceedings relating to the termination of a License Agreement.
     

  • Shareholders of a major UAE-based construction and engineering conglomerate in respect of DIAC arbitral proceedings against the other shareholders. 
     

  • A Dubai Free Zone Regulator in relation to a real estate dispute, involving both UAE Court and DIAC arbitral proceedings. 
     

  • A UAE-based energy company in multiple and complex LCIA arbitration proceedings relating to disputed earn-out provisions. 
     

  • A global aerospace insurer in defending ICC arbitral proceedings relating to sums due pursuant to an earnout. 
     

  • A Dubai Free Zone Regulator in respect of the termination of its concessions arrangements with its facilities management provider. 
     

  • Sky UK Ltd in a dispute relating to the sale of defective satellite television receivers. 
